It is advised that you start using olive oil based ear drops (in both ears) 3-5 days prior to your appointment (Providing you do not have perforated ear drum/s or grommets etc).
During the appointment if there is no wax removal required you will still be charged at full price. Therefore we advise if you are unsure that you require this treatment please check with your doctor prior to booking with us.
